"This place practices very deceptive product descriptions. The photo of the item from Newegg (Where they are a reseller) clearly shows a box of pokemon cards, whilst what is shipped is actually only one small pack of them. I have tried to get Funagain Games to make this right, and their only comment is "sorry you read the description wrong". "

"An excellent shop with a wide selection of products. Prices are a touch higher than some of the competitors but often they have things in-stock that others don't, which is one of those things worth paying a bit extra for.

If you are a gaming geek you may also consider shopping there to support a board game podcast as they donate, a la amazon, a certain percentage of your purchase to a podcast of your choice (code entered at checkout).

If I had to complain about one thing it's the website layout/UI, which is a bit cluttered and some times a bit hard to navigate. All in all I was very pleased with the speed of the service and selection of merchandise and will shop there again.

"I order from Funagain every year when the Games Magazine's Game-of-the-Year list come out. I love being able to see the top games, read reviews to see if they really sound like fun, and to fill out my order with some games I wouldn't have thought of trying. So far, Funagain's recommendations haven't let me down!"

"I went to Funagain.com in the first place for their discounted prices and unmatched selection. I placed my order and received it a few days later, in a time frame that clearly meant it was shipped the first business day after I ordered. All items were correct, but when I opened them I noticed that there was a problem with one of the items that originated at the factory--instead of a full set of cards, half the cards were missing, and there were duplicates of the other half. I wrote them about the problem, and one of the customer services reps, Stella by name, didn't even take a business day to reply, writing back on a federal holiday. Over the next few days we wrote back and forth a few times, always promptly on her part, until she had determined what I was missing, and by the end of the week I'd received the cards. Not simply quality customer service, but a canonical example of it. I shall be returning when I'm in the board game market again."

"I have never had such a bad experience with an online merchant. I placed an order on Dec. 8th. I have yet to receive confirmation of my order despite 2 emails and 2 telephone calls. I have no idea if there was a problem with my order or if it will be here by Christmas"
