First, if you know how to search online, you'll find some great coupon codes to use at checkout. They come maybe twice a year. Second, you'll find a much bigger variety of products online in Kidrobot and Pop toys. Lastly, they are at all the big Comic Conventions. They are friendly and have hooked me up! You can't ask much more than this.

When ordering online, everything is shipped the next day and arrives very quickly! Everything is packed with care and I have NEVER had any issues.
