"I placed my order several weeks ago and I was confident that they would come through with a perfect arrangement. I have used this company several times and only had a minor issue once, which was really my own fault (I was loading the arrangement into my car and the cellophane ripped because I didn't hold the basket the same way the sales lady did), but they fixed it promptly. The arrangements themselves are a masterpiece! I'm not sure how thhey do it but it was definitely made by someone with great talent in what they do.
