They claim that they have ‘expert’ jewellers, in reality however their jewellers are only experts at how to mess up your order. It takes 4+ weeks to receive an order, and about 85% of orders have some sort of quality issue. The lenght of the piercing post is off, the threading of the post and charm isn’t working, you order 2 items and they will only ship one… you name it. Good luck trying to send items back, too… it will take 8+ weeks for them to repair and even the ‘repaired’ item will have another quality issue. Its a never ending cycle of sending items back and forth, and guaranteed disappointment. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Fresh trends has a great website if you want high end body jewelry but their business ethics are not even mediocre at best. One month for shipping to little pieces of black gold is complete nonsense. I still need more black gold septum’s and wish I could find a different company to spend my money at. "Customer service is impossible to get ahold of. When you get your items delivered don't be surprised if it doesn't look like it did online. They'll tell you its because not all stones are alike. That is true, but being completely different colors than what you ordered is ridiculous. Then you'll be told you can exchange your items. All after you're ready to pull your hair out over the amount of emails and vm's you've had to leave because nobody answers the phone or responds to emails. And then they ask you to mail your "exchange " to some guy named Paul in a city different then the returns go. Super sketchy! Warning not to waste your money here!!

UPDATE: Paul the owner reached out to me and replaced the stones in the piercings I ordered. It took 4 months from my original order date to get something near what I thought I had ordered, but I am happy that he reached out and made it right. Because of this I am upping my score by 2 stars."

O ordered two beautiful earings and paid by PayPal. In a week I didn’t receive anything and had to call them again. No one answers the phone ever! So I emailed the customer service. They said to place the order again. And I did. So the money from the first order never been sent back and no one answers my emails anymore. It’s ridiculous!!!!

Will call to PayPal now to cancel the transactions.
