Wonderful Customer Service

"I wrote to Freshly about an order being charged to me and sent after I had canceled my account. I had thought maybe it was my fault - which it was since I accidently re-activated my account when clicking on a promotional email that I wanted to read. Customer Service Representative, Marge S., responded to my email, canceled the order, and put in an order to refund the money. I will definitely re-activate my account when my financial condition improves in the coming months. Thank you, Marge S., for being so helpful."
