"I purchased a really cool logo and designed with my custom registered domain through godaddy.com. The design was exactly I wanted. So I purchased it. I am able to make modifications as many times as I like for 12 months. So then I decided I needed business cards. So far my experience was good so I figured, "Why Not!". I designed the cards with ease and when I was happy I ordered them. They were delivered in less than 8 days. This is where it went to crap. The business cards were printed wrong on one side. Both sides were duplicated when the information on the design I created was different. I immediately sent in a complaint and they responded with me needing to send in pictures of the cards. So I did. They said they did a re-order and that was 3 weeks ago. No phone support, only email and live chat. So after several back and forth emails I did a live chat. Customer service swears the re-order was placed and I should be getting my new printed cards with in a few days, yet there is no tracking number or indication on my account a re-order was ever completed as they say on their end has. Beware if you plan on doing business with this company. Kind of shaddy if you ask me. Oh and yes, they are "NOT" and I repeat, "NOT" free."
"Can't access the company email I set up. I sent an email requesting assistance because there isn't an easy "forgot password" option, get a response a week+ later with a new password... that DOESN'T WORK! Told him, he reset it again and it STILL DOESN'T WORK! Then I get to looking around on their website for some info to cancel, don't find anything about cancellation, but what I do find is that MY personal info on my profile is now filled out with someone else's name, phone number, address... Not mine! What the hell is going on? So i emailed to request to cancel all my services and contacted my bank to dispute the current month's charges and prevent any future charges from being paid. Don't believe all the fake 5 star ratings!!!"
"I accidentally transferred the logo creation again for a second order, in addition to the business cards. When I asked for a return transfer, I was offered an additional credit instead of the return transfer. I am still waiting for the refund today."

"Once you sign up to create your logo, pick your package deal, get your website, domain etc.. you pay your monthly fee right.. to keep it going. That's fine! But when you want to stop using their services, there is no way in getting out! When you try to contact them (& that's only through an automated messaging system, not talking to a real person) You get no reply. They've made it so, once you have signed up & they've got your credit card details, automatic monthly payments go out & you are unable to stop it or delete your account with them! And Shipping takes FOREVER!! "
"One of my problems with this service was the shipping part. They assume that the shipping address is the same as the address on your credit card. Now I'm trying to fix that and they never pick up the phone so I send a request online and I was told that I paid 40 dollars for a logo. I can't believe it"

They try to stick u with prices at the end..how disappointing. Not only did i waste time making a logo I thought was free but now I'm wasting time writing a review which I never do. If I was told upfront what the costs were I wouldn't have a problem but when you're lied to or deceived it makes me sick. Thanks for nothing free logo services..I hope you go out of business. You're deceiving the wrong people who could actually turn around and help you grow but no one with any common sense would fall for your slimy deception. Too bad I couldn't rate it lower!
