"This company is running an absolute scam. You earn money from retailers, however they never send the check. As soon as you contact them about the missing check, they will immediately delete your account so you can't see all the money taken from your account.
So you can earn cashback fair and square, however this company decides they will steal the money from you and if you call them out on it, they will just delete your account like it never existed. They do this while earning commission from these retailers, but they have no intention of even proving you the cashback they advertise.
They will claim without proof that you are a reseller then if that does not work, they will try to make up some other excuse not to pay you and to justify stealing your money and deleting your ability to login to hide what they are doing.
I have seen in the past that they had class action lawsuits against them with settlements. It looks like they have not learned their lesson. Perhaps its time for another class action lawsuit against these scammers.

If you get a pop up window that says “10% Cash Back, Free Shipping & More!” it’s a SCAM! Read the fine print because they charge you $1.97 for a 7 day trial then if you don’t cancel within the 7 days they will change your bank account $12.97 per month until you see the unauthorized debit on your paper statement from your bank.
They charge you even if you never use their service. You think your paying for your cart and getting “free shipping” but your just getting scammed. How reputable companies like KOHLS agree to do business with a SCAM company like FreeShipping.com is beyond me. If you contact the company’s customer service all you get is some uneducated moron that wants to argue with you. So beware, if you get a pop up when shopping online from FreeShipping.com don’t click on it!! You will be sorry. We never used this service, did not agree to membership and have been charged since November of 2018 a fee we never agreed to. That is over $767.00 for free shipping. "

"I have been with this company for 7 years, so far so good. Sometimes you need several emails back and forth to clear something up, but the value of the services they offer is huge, I've saved at least $150 per year by using their service. The only communication I use with them is their email system. I haven't had the need to make a phone call. They use to have a chatting service which I have used once and it was pretty good I must say, but I don't know why it's no longer available."

"I thought free shipping was a scam however it is not. The customer service is excellent and they have a great history of paying out of claims from what I have read. The amount that they charge on a regular basis is not much compared to how much you will receive in return. I also understand their 1000 a year limit because the benefits they offer are so good that they need to have a cap. I also want to say that Samantha who is a supervisor was excellent in addressing my needs. She was very professional and resolved my claims on a timely manner. Highly recommend it"

I was scammed by freeshipping.com into thinking I was receiving a simple ordinary no-cost/no-obligation cash back rebate on a recent purchase I made from deluxe.com only to find out that this entire "cash back rebate" is a complete hoax & that freeshipping.com illegally without my authorization decided to take it upon themselves and fraudulently use my stored debit card information on file to attempt & process a bogus transaction through my bank account for a small amount of money I can only assume the intent of attempting to charge such a trivial amount was merely a trial run to see if the transaction would actually go through and if successful would take it upon themselves to withdraw money from my account at there own free will.
Don't fall for this "cash back rebate" scam perpetrated by this reprehensible company"
"I ordered and received an item that offered free shipping when you register with this website (freeshipping.com). I just happened to check my credit card account and saw a $13.00 charge from them and immediately logged onto my freeshipping.com account. It was a fee that would be billed monthly. This was NOWHERE written or any kind of notification about this fee on this website. Through notification emails they don't tell you about this fee. So I canceled my membership. Fortunately I caught this on the very first month. Think of the people who aren't as diligent. All this company has to do is sucker 5,000 people. That's $780,000 a year and then they can close up shop."
