"Had to wait 13 calendar days to receive order because they said they were moving inventory to a new warehouse and then when order finally arrived it was the wrong item. Actually it was a larger version of the mag I ordered, but I didn't want that one and had to pay to send it back and wait two more weeks. Finally received correct item. Communication is spotty, but they eventually respond to emails. They should have shipped the correct item immediately instead of waiting to receive wrong item back. No apology, either. "
