Fossil women's watch

"I took my Fossil watch into the Miramar outlet fossil store and received 5 star service from Jorge. He is courteous ,knowledgeable, and funny. he engraved my watch and sized it , this only took about 5 minutes . I will return to this store in the future .

The worst online shopping experience

"Ordered three items from the online store, all three were available at the time of purchase. After few days one item was just cancelled from the order with no explanation. Additional to that the initial delivery date was moved by 5 days (delayed). Eventually UPS tried to deliver when no one was at home, and sent straight away to the collection point.
This is one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had.

Poor customer service

"I placed an order with Fossil.com and after 10 days the order had not arrived. I then called Fossil to enquire about my order and they explained they did not have the item in stock, that it wouldn’t be shipping. I never received an email to tell me this, just simply waiting on an order that never arrived. I spoke with a supervisor and she claimed that if I placed an order for another item and paid for expedited shipping that she would refund the shipping charges back to my card. It has been 30 days since I spoke to that supervisor and I’ve not received a refund for the $19.99 expedited shipping costs. When I called in today the CSR explained to me that Fossil does not refund shipping charges, that he would submit a claim but he couldn’t guarantee that I would get the refund. Terrible business practices and I asked that they review the call with that supervisor as I had her name/ the date/ and the time of the call all noted. "

Can you say DECIET?

"My experience is a purchase that was the old bait and switch. Advertised price of 50 dollars and then it was 118 dollars at checkout. Talked with several people and they offered me a 20% discount, NOT - and brought the final price to 70 dollars. Going forward they assured me they would "Contact me soon"
How long is soon? It has been about a month and still no contact. I have contacted them every week and still nothing but cricket.

THIS COMPANY ****!!!!!!! DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY!!!!!!!

Awful company to deal with

"Awful company to deal with. Tried to exchange a wallet but was 3 days outside their 30 day period, even though it was a Xmas present, therefore didn't get opened for weeks, and during Covid which causes delays. Had all packaging and paperwork but they would not even consider it! Do not use this company - they don't deserve your custom!

My order was canceled 3 days after my card was charged; you won't believe the reason!

"Three days after placing an order I received the following email: "Thank you for your Fossil.com order! We regret to inform you that we were unable to process your order. Please verify your billing information with your bank or credit card provider before placing another order. ..." Yet my card was charged three days ago. I cannot imagine a higher level of incompetence. Who hires these morons? "

Crap product & service

"I bought a watch, within 3 months it broke so i sent it in for repair, a month after I sent it back I was told they cant repair it and gave me a gift card code to replace it on their website, so I was forced into buying another one of their products which is also crap(battery doesnt even hold for 12 hrs with absolute minimal use since the screen take atleast 60sec to come on after pushing the button) and no one at customer service can't answer a simple question. Hundreds of $$$ wasted!"

Excellent Service!

"After sending (UPS) my 20 year old Fossil watch to the Dallas, Tx repair center for a new crystal on 2-28-19, I then thought maybe I should read reviews about their service. Wow! It sure looked as though I made a mistake both is sending it to them and, especially, not reading the reviews before doing so. But...my experience with the service center was far different than what I've (predominantly) seen documented here. UPS tracking info confirmed that the Center received the watch on 3-6-19. On 3-12-19 I received, by email, a quote for the crystal replacement: $37.11 including $8.50 shipping and $2.11 tax. I immediately paid the invoice. On 3-14-19 I received an email from the repair center advising that the watch was on its way back to me. Today (3-19-19) it arrived in perfect condition. That is 20 days from the day I shipped it to Fossil to the day it arrived back to me, repaired as requested...well within the "2 to 4 wks" promised by the company. Total cost: $51.24 ($14.13 for UPS shipping to Dallas plus $37.11 for a new crystal, return shipping, and tax). I am completely satisfied with the service I received from the Fossil Service Center (FG Services) in Dallas, Tx. "

AwEsOmE Customer SERVICE !!!

"Northpark Center Location in Dallas Texas is remarkable & hands down the best CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever had . After having my new amazing Jacqueline Smart Watch for 2 months ... which was a Christmas gift from my Husband ; I accidentally damaged one of the dials on the side of my watch. I was so bummed that my new watch was defected ! My Husband & I took the watch back up to the same location as it was purchased & the sales representative (Ashley No. 34575) took care of us. In a flash - she had exchanged the watch face with a new one and just used my same band. We were both blown away of how well we were treated & amazed of not having to send the watch in to have it replaced as it was not covered under the warranty. If there is any question on whether to purchase a Fossil watch -- you can stop fretting ! Fossil has terrific products as well as customer service !! My Husband & I are customers for life and will continue to purchase Fossil products for now on & especially at this location.

Thank you Ashley for all your dedication & wonderful customer service.

"Double charged my credit card and after 5 calls and 1 month later still doubled charge has not dropped off.
They are thieves and I even wrote a good review on Facebook for the company when I thought they took care of my problem.

Send a watch back and they never returned my money

"I send a watch back that I order and the tracking number told me that received it. They NEVER processed my return or credited my card. I called customer service and they told me I was suppose to call customer service to start the process. Nowhere online said I need to call them to start the process. I followed all the directions that came in the box and on the website. Please make sure you check your statements to make sure they are not stealing your money like to try to do to me!!"

Worst cutomer service ever!!!!

"They reply in 4-5 days , you call them , you will hold for 30 minutes.... They told me they don’t have my product available , i canceled my order, they charged me , i have one week already waiting for a refund. I will never ever buy from them, and would not recommend to anybody! "

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

"Terrible poor customer service.
I bought a set watch with bracelets for my wife. The bracelet was broken.
When I tried to get repair/refund the customer service just doesn’t care and their repair centre doesn’t even bother reply to my emails. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED gift for my wife was just rubbish. Not good quality product TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Stay away from this company! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! There are much better brands with much better services. I would never buy anything from Fossil again.
