"Purchased the twice – once in 2019 and then in Jan. 2023. It turns out that they material has been changed – it is no longer the same rain-resistant nylon it was before. However, the pictures and description are exactly the same… there is nothing posted stating that this is different. In fact, all of the reviews are pre-2020… go figure!

When they did not fit after trying them on after Christmas, I was told that since I purchased them this early, the refund policy is within 30 days. I can only get a store credit. There is no phone number associated with this company. The only was to reach them is via chat or email and all the responses look to be canned messages.

"First off - I've read the other reviews- people are nuts these days (or maybe they just can't read?) - the FORtheFIT site has the returns link on every page, how can you miss it? The returns page has all the details about returns so there are no surprises and terms are fair (exchanges are free and I think they charge like $10 for the label if you want a refund- I just mailed a return for another company and USPS wanted like $15 bucks for a singe pair of pants) . I ordered a pair of chinos for my short, stocky husband. I went by his usual size (he wears a 36 usually). I received my order in 3 days (free ground shipping said 8-10 business days- so this was a pleasant surprise). They were way too small though. I contacted customer service (there's a chat button right on the web page- and while there was no one available to chat when I clicked, I did get a thorough, helpful answer via email a few hours later). The agent suggested I measure his usual pants and I'd likely find they were larger than the tag said, and that's the size I should order from them (this advice is on the product page- but even I don't read sometimes, lol!). I processed my exchange online (super easy - a free label was available for me to download and a copy with instructions was also sent via email) and I ordered the next size up in exchange). Bingo! The second pair was a perfect fit and hubby was super pleased. The twill had a little stretch to it which was nice - the fabric quality was great. The construction looks really good. The pants need to be hung dry which is a bit of a pain, but that's how I treat my good quality clothes, so I guess I'll have to extend the same courtesy to hubby's items too, lol. Anyway, super pleased with forthefit"

"The majority of the fake positive reviews for FTF that people are leaving on Google and elsewhere are definitely employees who work there and people who are their friends and/or related to them. And no wonder why they don't list their phone number and address anywhere, so that customers like me can't call and tell them verbally how unintelligent they are or know where to send a return (because the address to send returns to in FL is different than the one in NY they send their items out to customers from). First of all, For The Fit said they don't even do exchanges (the first I've ever heard of ANYWHERE that sells clothes NOT doing exchanges) when I only needed to exchange the style in the same size I bought for a tall guy. So you can only return and wait for a refund to happen if you're broke to place another order. Of course they don't pay for the shipping of what you need to be mailed back to you or have any prepaid return labels like how it should be in these modern times unless you want to pay $16 or more for their return shipping. As I mentioned before, the address in Bay Shore, NY that FTF sends their items to customers from is different than the address in Orlando, FL you have to mail returns to. The ONLY way you can find out the Orlando, FL return address is if you waste $16 or more of your money to use their "return" label, but to do this you have to know the EXACT weight in pounds, ounces and package dimensions or you CANNOT proceed to the next step. For The Fit is either just HORRIBLY behind in NOT doing exchanges and making returns streamlined and inexpensive like most places do or they do it on purpose to deter ANYTHING from being sent back to them so they don't have to give anyone their money back because ONLY profit matters to them. Instead of wasting $16 or more to return the tall mens pants to them, I needed to save money so used a USPS priority mail padded flat rate envelope instead which was about half the price to send the return. But again, I later found out you can ONLY find out what the Orlando, FL return mail address is if you waste $16 or more with the FTF return process on their website apparently so I mailed my flat rate envelope to the same address in Bay Shore, NY (which is the address on the package from FTF their items come in) because the FTF employee who emailed me waited until after I mailed the USPS envelope to NY to tell me that their returns address was in Orlando, FL. When I asked the FTF employee what that address was so that I could contact USPS to get the pants rerouted from NY to FL, they never told me what it was! Thank goodness the return was still accepted when it got to NY (the only good thing about this whole awful ordeal) but the refund took even longer. Not surprisingly though, this gets even worse. FTF deducted the $9 that I also paid USPS for out of my own pocket to ship the pants back instead of giving me my full refund of $71 so I paid for shipping twice and only got a $62 refund . What!? To top it all off, For The Fit posted my email (that contained all my personal contact info in it as well) I wrote them calling them out for everything and wanting to know why on earth would they deduct the $9 shipping that I obviously paid USPS for out of my own pocket (because the padded flat rate envelope is from USPS duh) in Google when I wrote a review about them there. No apology about anything from FTF of course. Give me my $9 back you thieves!"

"As a petite lady (whose also gained a COVID19, not gonna lie') pants that fit are a challenge. I've been ordering short men's pants for my husband for years and recently discovered they now sell women's styles too! I tried the yoga pants in XL/XSH. They arrived quickly and fit great. Fabric seemed a little rough at first - but dreamy soft after the first wash and no shrinkage. Quality on men's pants has been great over the years- they LAST. It's so nice to see that they took the same care with the ladies clothes too (women's clothes tend to be more "disposeable" than men's stuff- but these really seem well made). Selection is a little limited - but I sure do hope they add more styles soon! "

"Got a pair of sweatpants that fit really well. But the right pocket had a huge hole in it. I reached out to customer service, and their first line was, "we haven't seen anything like that in 15 years". They proceeded to send me a replacement.

I've got the replacement sweat pants and wore them no more than 4 times. The pants are already coming apart at the seams. I contacted customer service again. Again, their first line was, "we haven't seen anything like this in 15 years".

Ridiculous. They actually have a standard response to quality issues, which probably means they have a lot of quality issues.

This time around they wouldn't give a full refund of send me a replacement.

Avoid this company. Their prices are steep, and their quality is clearly very poor. They should be out of business. "
