I would have paid for the document but the bait and switch from Free to after spending 2 hours doing a business plan thinking it's free and now I have to pay, makes the company seem like they will continue to scam me after they get my credit card information. 1.95 for a free trail is not the end of the world but when you build your company on lies, you won't be trusted. Just let people know upfront and they will be more likely to trust you with their card. If you lie the first time to get me to pay, once you get my card there's no telling what you will do. There is always a hidden fee with these scam companies. No thanks, I'll start my business plan all over again but you will not mislead me into giving you my card when you are not an honest company. "

"Their product does everything it says it will, however, one of the options to get the product was to get a FREE trial for a week, but upon checking my account I was charged for the interaction. I don't like being told in big bold numbers "$0.00/week" only to be charged something for it. No matter how low it is, false advertisement is one of my biggest pet peeves. 3 stars for doing what they advertise, but also -2 stars for falsely claiming "free"."

It is only after you have gone through the lengthy process of filling in all the form fields one at a time that you find they charge for the service. They have a "free" option, but you are subscribed with a credit card and after 7 days you are billed $40 a month. Good luck trying to cancel before you are billed. "
