"Recently, I found an Otterbox iphone protective case for my father for his birthday. It was supposed to have been shipped out in time for him to receive the product by his birthday, but the day before I got an email from foryourcell.com saying, in fact, the case was "no longer available." Of course there was still a pending charge for the case on my bank account.

After four phone calls and two emails, I am yet to hear a response. Total B.S. What joke of a company makes a mistake (such as not telling a customer a purchased product is out of order before they buy it) and isn't available for a tongue lashing afterward? My father didn't get a present on his birthday, thanks to this pitiful little place. No wonder the online consumer shops so regularly at Amazon.com. The alternative is bad business.

Foryourcell.com is a hoax, or at the very best, a poorly run company who shouldn't be trusted.

"The one bad review is right on the money! I think the other 4 "good" reviews are bogus reviews that were written by this foryourcell.com. I am not even sure this company is still up and running although their website is up. I ordered a couple of products and their website states confirmation given in 10 minutes to email. I waited for days without a confirmation. I emailed 4 times without a response. I called the company and could not get through a live person. It has been weeks now and I still do not know if my order has been received. Suffice to say I gave up on it and will have to wait to see if this company will charge me and then send me my order weeks or months after, if at all."

"This company's customer service is horrible at BEST. They don't respond to emails, rarely answer their phone and don't return phone calls. After a week of being ignored and my order not being shipped I tried to call, which just puts you on hold for a few minutes and then dumps you to a voice mail box. After many attempts I finally get someone to answer thatdoesn't seem to know what they are doing tells me that my item was back ordered and should come in that day or so and go out in a few days. I waited till the next week and started to call by the time I had got someone on the phone it had been two weeks since I placed the order.
Then I was told they couldn't ship my order at the price point and they lied and told me they had tried to call me back. The real insult is the item is still listed on their website for sale for the same price. I don't like being ignored and lied to. I will NEVER deal with this company again!"
