"To say this site is a scam is to be unkind to scams. They took my order, issued a UPS tracking number and didnt ship the frames. Then the lying started. At various times I was told: UPS forgot to scan the package, UPS would input the tracking number once they called them to remind them they forgot to scan, they would change the shipping address, they would cancel and refund, they had shipped, they hadnt shipped, they had shipped and cancelled and I could just refuse the package.

Then the real lying started once I busted them on all of this. They refuse to give any information about the company - location, phone numbers, anything. They have promised calls from "John", though everyone suspiciously has deep Asian accents, which have never come, nor will they.

Beware and shop elsewhere.

"The absolute Pitts! Easily, the worst transaction (if we are throwing the term around loosly) online. I shop mostly on line and quite often, at that.

I initially saw my frames advertised for a certain amount. I subsequently called to place an order and was quoted a different amount because certain promos (inapplicable in my case) were needed. Fine.

I ordered and was charged $20 more than I was quoted on the phone. When I called to correct, I was told it would be fixed and was told - 1 week eta on the glasses.

Week later, nothing and the glasses were now advertised for considerably less. Can you price match? No that was a mistake on our site, your glasses will ship in 3 days.

3 days later, we misplaced your order, please allow until january 4th.

January 3th, we can ship only the frames, or will you wait a month to have the lenses fitted? (Mind you, I am no longer legal to drive without my frames, and expressed the urgency of my need to the representative). Do you still want them? What a waste of time. I was consistently mislead and lied to. I would NEVER shop here again.

"Lowest price I can find, website looks good and user-friendly. I was able to chat with an online person through the website's chat widget which is cool. The online personnel was able to make sure the pair of sunglasses I order is in fact in stock. (NOTES: order a pair on another website earlier only to find out its backorder when the website said it was in stock) Order on 12/1 and got it on 12/9. The shades comes in as it was advertise and the product is 100% legit (went to match with local sunglass store). Overall very satisfy and will do business again in the future."

"BUYER BEWARE!

You've been warned!

Whenever I order from a new online merchant, I was try to do my due diligence and research the reviews for the company. I found a few bad reviews for Flyrr.com, but against my better judgment, I went ahead and ordered anyway, because of the good pricing.

Bad idea.

They supposedly order direct from the manufacturer, so that takes quite some time to get to their "warehouse" in Encino, CA.

Every single time I talked to someone online (Robert or Joseph), I was fed a bunch of BS of how the sunglasses were received from the manufacturer, but there was a scratch on them so they had to return it and await a replacement. Sureeee, I bet. Too bad that is the same story many other people have been fed about their orders (and coincidentally, the same reviews I read about before).

There is a whole bunch more to this nightmare, but bottom line, do not order from them. It's a waste of time; you'd be better off finding a similar merchant for your sunglasses/glasses needs. I found a reputable online merchant that offered the same product, for similar pricing.

I guess that's what I get for trying to save a couple of dollars.
