My seriously ill friend is left without a gift, and the response was "Please be assured that this has been noted and is being addressed." oh well, that's okay then! "Purchased flowers on line - on a Wednesday paid for guaranteed delivery for Friday by DHD (wanted them that day).
The delivery was suppose to go to an address in Brackley Northamptonshire, the flowers went to an address in Bicester Liecestershire and of course you could not contact anyone either at Flying Flowers or DHD.

Would never use them again nor recommend them.
