"I ordered a beautiful flower piece. I did receive an email saying that the florist did not have some of the flowers in the piece that I ordered. Instead of finding another florist they went ahead with this one. It was horrible. It looked like I put the arrangement together instead of paying a florist to do it. Not to mention the flowers they chose were horrible as well. I am extremely disappointed. I never complain about anything….EVER. In fact I normally only leave 5 star reviews if I leave anything at all so this is completely out of my norm. But i paid for the premium upgrade and i could have done it myself. Anyone that has ordered from here knows how expensive that is! I really wish that I could attach the pictures to this so that you could see what these flowers look like. They did deliver on time and on the day that that they were supposed to. The website was super easy to use. Those are the only two positives I have to give."
