"They have lovely pictures of their clothes on the website but in reality they are made using very cheap materials. When you try to return they want to offer you coupons (so much emailing back and forth) rather than give you your money back and then if you don’t accept they take off postage costs so you end up losing approx £15 off your refund."
"Just purchased 2 maxi dresses same as 2 I purchased a year ago.They were lovely and nice material these are totally cheap and nasty looking wouldn't even wear them outside they look so cheap.Plus everytime they say you will get an email either to very your email or change your password YOU DONT GET ONE.Allways have to log in with Google now.Dont waste your money.I know there not expensive but these 2 are the worst dresses I have ever seen."
"Nothing came after waiting two weeks, got back on website, logged into my account and there was no information about my order, no order number, nothing to indicate that I had placed an order. At first I thought maybe I didn't press the last "order now" button to place the order and that the hour and a half I spent shopping was a waste of time because I messed up ordering. And then my husbands bank statement came, sure enough they took the money $97.98, and then cleared all information about my order off of my account! I emailed them and never heard anything back, I read reviews and some people didn't get their orders, some did and it was cheap clothes that looked nothing like the website, and some people where totally satisfied, I guess it's just a crap shoot and I was a loser. My advice is don't do it unless you have money you want to gamble with."
"Material content advertised on their website is not what you actually receive. I ordered linen dresses and received polyester dresses. Not one of the 3 dresses i received had a content label on it. To much of a hassle to return. Never going to order from this company again."
