Don't Waste Your Money

"Terrible company and terrible customer service. I ordered my mother-in-law a bouquet of flowers celebrating her retirement. I talk to her a day later, and no flowers were delivered. I call florists.com and they look up the order and tell me that they could not find a local florist to deliver, so "sorry." There was no email or call letting me know they were unable to complete the order. When I asked about that, they said they can see it in their system and they are sorry nobody reached out. What were they going to do? Keep my money?

They said they'd give me a refund (no kidding - you didn't complete the order, why would you keep the money?) and a sorry. That's it. No genuine concern of the fact that they completely missed an order and didn't communicate. I could have found someone else to deliver the flowers IF I had known. At this point, if I hadn't called, I'm sure they would have just kept my money too.

"I ordered flowers on the 25th and they have never showed up. The first time I called they gave me a refund for delivery right away and promised they would be delivered the next day that was on Thursday the 27th. It's now the 30th and I called now I have to wait another 24 hours and call back myself to get my refund. The customer service lady was rude. The flowers I got was for my mother in-law she had a really scary surgery and I wanted to surprise her. I will be writing reviews every where I can. Don't give this company business. When I was searching for reviews I noticed this is a regular thing for this company "

Late delivery- Poor customer service

"I ordered flowers 5 days in advance and flowers didn’t arrive until 9:30pm. It was for my very sick mothers birthday and she was already asleep. This made my gift look like an after thought. When I reached out to customer service they were so patronizing and rude. Go somewhere else!! A local shop can definitely make it happen and will have a better flower selection. "

Flowers never arrived

"I ordered flowers and a balloon 6 days in advance to be sent to my friend at work. The flowers never arrived and ruined a pre planned 40th birthday surprise (the flowers were to be delivered and then we made a video for her, she had cards to open, etc). I called customer service and it took some convincing for them to offer me some type of refund. I finally got it to 50% off with the promise that they would arrive at a new address (home, not work as originally planned). They never arrived tonight as promised. Now I need to call yet again tomorrow. I’m furious that they completely dropped the ball and failed to deliver the product that I originally paid for. They should be embarrassed and need to do better. "

Horrible

"Worst customer service ever. They reached out to me on the day my flowers were supposed to be delivered and they said they couldn't deliver until 5 days after. Calling is even worse. The reps don't take you seriously and put you on hold for 20 minutes. Do not use them!"

MILITARY - NEVER USE - HORRIBLE - promised to resend a missed order - LIED and NEVER SENT!!

"STAY AWAY - don't use them.
I ordered flowers for our active duty daughter and son-in-law for their wedding anniversary, as they await their first child. The next day the charge went through, but when the flowers were supposed to arrive 5 days later, they never were sent. When I called ***-***-****, Neelia told me it is a glitch that sometimes happens when more than one order is placed at the same time. It sounded fishy but she put me through to her manager, Nicola, who promised to refund most of the order, and to upgrade by sending the flowers along with a box of chocolates. She confirmed a date and I received an email from custromer service. The customer service rep, Keegan M, said she was reimbursing me less than Nicola had offered, but listed the dates for the new delivery. These flowers and chocolates NEVER arrived either.
I called and emailed and explained that my son-in-law is being deployed soon, right after the birth of their baby, and I had really want them to enjoy their anniversary flowers together. I receieved a 2nd email today, from another customer service rep, Larissa, saying they had returned the rest of the money (who knows if they did) and they WON'T send anything to this young couple.
They never once ackowledged a thanks for these 2 young people who are active duty military and they refused to follow up with the promises Nicola made.
STAY AWAY - they are a SCAM!!

NO COMMUNICATION NO DELIVERY FUNERAL

"No communication.. I ordered flowers to be delivered the day before the funeral.. at the funeral my flowers were not there.. apparently the florist rejected the order from florist.com NO NOTICE TO ME.. NOR DID THEY SEND TO ANOTHER FLORIST so my arrangement of $150 never arrived.. then they wanted to send the arrangement AFTER THE FUNERAL
I ordered my parents flowers from 1800flowers.. they arrived

Delayed......

"Ordered flowers Thursday to be delivered Friday. They weren’t delivered Friday nor Saturday. They weren’t delivered Sunday or Monday either because Fed ex doesn’t deliver those days. No explanation. Supposedly they “upgraded” the order but who knows if that really happened. I haven’t seen the order, it was sent to a client. They were finally delivered Tuesday. Still no explanation even after a scathing email this morning. Never using them again!"

"Ordered a memorial floral for a friend to be delivered on a date that was specific to her loss! Received an immediate confirmation of the order, yet floral was not delivered! No one available to talk to until 9am. Will NEVER use this service and make certain American Airlines Advantage eshopping site is aware of this company’s tacky service!!

How can I give negative stars?

"My Uncle passed away last year. I sent my Aunt flowers on his 1st Birthday since his passing. They never were delivered. Today they offered to me that they would deliver them tomorrow (over a week later) and refund me the shipping charges. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? You already screwed me over so badly. Please read all of the reviews before using this company. I wish I would have. NEVER AGAIN."

The WORST flower company possible. They do not deliver and literally lie about "attempted delivery". BUYER BEWARE

"This is probably the WORST company I've ever ordered flowers from.

They never delivered and then claimed they "attempted" delivery. It was to a business building with a mailroom open 7AM-8PM (they promised delivery before 5PM).

Not only did they fail to deliver they also directly lied about the "attempt" to deliver.

They are actually a version of "1800flowers", WHy keep two websites for the same service? TONS OF BAD REVIEWS ON BOTH COMPANIES.

Awful

"I ordered a bouquet as a birthday gift. TERRIBLE quality and not at all as the picture. The flowers were delivered on a Thursday and are DEAD today, which is Saturday. I spent over $100 on this order and once I sent in a complaint was given a $14.99 refund. Terrible customer service and terrible quality, please do not waste your money."

BUYER BEWARE

"Absolutely not a positive transaction. I ordered a bouquet and it was delivered. I was amazed to find out the order was NOT AS PICTURED but a pitiful 1/2 of the order. I found out from BRADS DEALS and went to the website and ordered. When I received a picture of what was ordered it basically was 1/4 of the amount of flowers. And you know their response (after disconnecting me twice??)) I'll send you care tips. I have a green house I know about flowers and not all of these flowers will open. They skimped because of the holiday.....so for FLORISTS.COM once they receive your money they are done with you. In my opinion false advertising.....and they simply do not care for repeat customers."

Do NOT do business with this company!

"I purchased two flower arrangements from this company for family members for Christmas and my sister-in-law advised us (embarassed) that the flowers that arrived were in very poor condition (wilted, broken). When we got back home from visiting them, I reached out to Flowers.com and told them and they said I must provide a picture. I said I was not the recipient and I didn't have a picture. (Would my sister-in-law tell my wife this if it weren't true?). I asked Florist.com for some form of consideration and they flat refused. Disgraceful product and even worse customer service. Please go elsewhere."
