"I was looking for a florist who would send arrangements overseas. I wanted to send a close friend something after a very terrible incident. I ordered from them and included all the relevant information. I missed the 24 hour cutoff because of the time zone cutoff, which they don't clarify. on the accepted to delivery date I check the status on line during the day. Their web site frankly ****. There is no details other than delivered. It would be helpful if I saw out for delivery, or delivery attempted, etc. delivery was due on a wed, by friday morning I tried the chat line, where they said they would contact the local outlet. I checked status over the weekend not change, Monday i checked again to see if was shipped. No change, I tried the chat again, I was told because it was UK we would hear today and they were closed on weekend! They would try again, and I should send an email to Richard, who never replied!
Tuesday, I check again, no delivery. I am on the chat live at 5AM and no one available even 6 hours later. Which means either they are lying about support coverage or the have so many support issues I shouldn't be using them!
I am so disgusted with this firm. I plan on posting this warning on every review site I can to warn others who want to make someone's day a little brighter and avoid being disappointed by this firm"

I am doing investigation and will report them to google and find out where do they operate from and will file a police claim. "Terrible customer service. Terrible outdated and unprofessional website. I ordered Next Day Flower delivery to Tokyo. They responded by email that the address provided had scrambled characters. That's because their website changes the characters. I provided a response with the correct address. They then responded stating they have been trying to contact me for a verbal confirmation in order to process my credit card. Never have I had to do a verbal confirmation for a credit card transaction. I have had no missed calls on my phone nor any other emails. I responded with my cellphone number to confirm. No response. In their email signature, it states "LIVE CHAT Available around the clock." I have been trying to use it and get in contact with someone since the last email and there is no response. It's now mid-day, and my "same-day" order is still not processed, and no contact. Terrible service. Don't bother with this company."
