"Reputable company. Ordered professional equipment from them which didn't function as advertised. I was able to return it with no restocking fee. It took quite a while to get my money back and I had to call several times but I got it. The people who answer the phone vary widely in helpfulness, knowledge, courtesy and level of enthusiasm, some are great and some are obviously not happy with their job so if you don't like one, call back and hopefully you get a different person.
