"I ordered a pair of Spy sunglasses which showed in stock on there site. After placing the order i received a email stating that those specific sunglasses were on back order. They then offered me a differnt pair for a really good price. I didnt want the other pair so i asked was there anyway to get a ETA on the backorder date. Pete the rep at flippinshades then replied stating that he would speak with the vendor to see when they could get them. The entire time i was waiting to hear back about the ETA, Pete kept me informed. I was really suprised about how well there customer service was. Pete then notified me that they would be able to get those sunglasses and they would ship them out as soon as they could. Within a few days i received the sunglasses and they were the exact pair i wanted. I just wanted others to know that even though this company might not be as well known as others there customer service is one that can compare to larger companies. Good Job Flippinshades.com.
