"Normally my partner and I would book a cheap ten day holiday away each year in the winter to avoid the winter blues. Typically we would go with a budget airline to keep the costs downs and it seems we got stuck in our old ways of doing things, and never really bothered to use other airlines or comparison flight websites. However my friend forwarded me the link for flights.com whos flight search allowed me to find some great last minute deals and saved me more than I would of initially expected. I was quite surprised really. My partner and I are now looking forward to a great last minute holiday early this December; and not forgetting to mention the extra bit of spending money we now have from our flight saving. So we are certainly looking to treat ourselves while we are away and hopefully there may be a little bit left over for Christmas!"
