"From the UAE I placed an order to a couple of RAM and a SSD. The website said any order placed before 12:30am will be shipped by DHL next day for a price of £45!!! It was a Friday and placed the order at about 17:30 or so. I waited for the shipment advise. Nothing. Got in touch with customer service. They replied it will be shipped on Monday (24/11) as DHL do not pick shipment on Satudays.No change on status on 24/112014. Tuesday 25/11 got information my package is shipped. Got a link with a tracking number.It took me to FedEx website. FedEx said no such tracking number exists. Tried entering the number given on DHL. Aha!! it was there. I thought it was with DHL at Belfast. Till now (11:30 GMT 26/11/2014) no change in status. Called up DHL and they said the shipment has not been handed over to DHL at all!! Have sent messages to Flexx Ram no reply yet. "
