"Poor customer service! After receiving a large order, it was discovered that two items were included that were not needed (sales error). After weeks of contact I finally got a return authorization for credit on the two items. The two items were returned, confirmed by USPS and after weeks of contact, fixtures direct has declined to give a credit. They claim they did not receive the items, even though I gave them the reciept and confirmation from USPS. "
