"I Order from Fitshop.ca all the time, Absolutely amazing. I noticed some reviews that are getting FitshopPro.ca confused with Fitshop.ca. FitshopPro.ca is a scam site. Do not buy. I almost got confused. Fitshop.ca Rocks! FitshopPro Does not.

"Do not order anything from this company. I was charged immediately, got an order #, and never recieved the item. When I went to check the site, it showed as order not found. No tracking info at all. Apparently it is still in route, but I don't have a lot of faith. I referred a friend 4 days after I placed my order and they ordered the exact same thing. They recieved theirs 10 days ago. When I emailed the company, they were not helpful or concerned that my order was lost... they didn't care that it was a xmas gift for my daughter that I gave ample time to get here. They are now telling me it could take up to 6 weeks, but when I ordered it said 3 weeks. Terrible customer service as I had to email multiple times to get a response several days later that was, quite frankly, unacceptable. "

I placed an order with fitshop.ca and everything went through the checkout process, including my creditcard payment AND I was confirmed a NEXT-DAY delivery date. TWO DAYS later I received a reply that they would not honor the transaction. I replied back and asked as to why.. but didn't receive a reply! Great customer service-*said-sarcastically*. I do alot of online purchases, and I have never, ever seen such disrespect to clientelle. If you can't honor a price or promo or don't have stock, at the VERY LEAST apologise! I could have ordered from elsewhere as I really needed the shipment, but now being the end of the week, and thanks to fitshop.ca I have to wait over the weekend for another online reseller to ship me the products, which made me lose considerable time. As any of you know who order online, when you ask for next day shipping you expect it next day, or at the very least, a prompt explanation as to the status of the shipment. I will never deal with these guys again!"
"Ordered some supplements from them a little over a week ago. The estimated shipping warned me that anything might be stopped at customs on the way into the U.S. but that didn't happen and I received it within the estimated shipping time. Products are quality and service is fast, I would recommend."
