My first experience with the seller in August was fine. But when I ordered products again in October, they took my money and did not send my product. When I questioned this by email, I received one response and that was it. I continued to email and received no response, no product and no refund. They were unreachable by phone.
A web searched revealed reviews on Ebay and various other sites showing this is a common problem. Many reviewers labeled them a "scam". It was a learning experience for me because I did not realize that my check card (that runs like a credit card) has absolutely no protection like a credit card or a written check.
So they get to keep my money."
