Company went down hill.....Way down hill

"I have a small jewelry business all my merchandise is displayed in boxes. First of all I received a case of boxes that were very warped. The lids flared out and looked horrible. After years of doing business with them all they would do to rectify the situation is credit me 5.22 on a 52.00 case and the customer service was absolutely horrible. There are other companies that have the boxes for much less but I chose Firefly because I was able to pick up my purchase from thier warehouse that was 10 minutes from my house. They changed thier policy so Im no longer able to do that either. I would have to pay an additional 18.00 in shipping to ship down the street. Just doesn't make sense, they may lose a loyal customer but they just don't seem to care. Let me just say since I sell heavy statement jewelry the fiber in thier boxes was very thick and compressed so it worked perfectly. As much as I don't want to until I find the exact same boxes I might have to pay the shipping....Ugh"

Never delivered my order and refused to refund

"I placed an order with this company as I had a few times before. The orders were often late but I didn't mind - I just ordered well in advance. Then I find myself waiting weeks on this $180 order. I call and call and they just tell me to keep waiting. Eventually I escalate it to a supervisor who tells me "we aren't responsible and there's no refunds" and then abruptly hangs up the phone. Unbelievable. I strongly advise against EVER ordering from this company."

"Unbelievable customer experience. I ordered merchandise from the store online and received a receipt/invoice for the items ordered. Two days later, the store contacts me to inform me they will not honor the coupon code used online since I had previously used a coupon and they will not process it twice. Now I already received the invoice as acceptance of the order with the coupon code and could not believe the store would go out of their way to contact me and tell me they would not honor the coupon. When I escalated to the supervisor and explained how I ordered it online and the order was accepted so why is your staff calling me to take away a coupon code??? The sup reiterated the same thing as the staff. I then asked are you willing to lose a customer over a $5 coupon, literally a $5 coupon?!!! The supervisor's response was, YES. Well, enjoy your $5 savings Firefly, I'm a former customer gone for LIFE!!!!"
