"I ordered several units of Quickbooks retail from these guys. I received them, but they were all academic versions. Nowhere on the webpage did they mention these were the academic versions. I did an RMA and returned them for a refund. They received the software back according to signature confirmation and written confirmation through email. As of March 8, 2006, I have yet to receive a refund. Also, they are now ignoring all my emails. I have gone to my credit company to dispute this.

Stay away from this company. They will do bait and switch. They will also refuse to issue refunds. Stay far away."
