After waiting for confirmation, I was informed that they do not have the product as they claimed and requested an additional 4 WEEKS to fill the order. As this involves a credit card purchase through Walmart.com , and given the circumstances, I was left with no recourse than to notify the proper authorities of potential credit card as well as mail fraud. "Just ordered a Jumbo Watch Case Cushion to begin working on my large watch collection and received it today. Purchased via Walmart from a seller called FindingKing for just under $12 and the Jumbo cushion is smaller in diameter that many of my men's watches - if this would have happened to someone else I would probably be laughing right now but these thieves definitely mis-represented their product - thankfully I didn't lose a lot of money with them but they will never get any more orders from me - these sellers should be locked up and the key thrown away like any common criminal..... "My mother ordered a package from Amazon. After not receiving the item we reached out to the company, there response was the package was too large to be delivered to a PO box and that they needed a physical address to send it back to. After not receiving the package or any notification we reached back out and there response was 1) the address we gave was not a valid address (which it is and has been since verified that it is). 2) that there was a $14 charge for changing the address (I have Amazon prime and don't pay shipping on prime items). 3) someone must not of been home during the time of delivery so it was our fault. After almost a month of back and forth emails and them stating they would give us a call they never did. I had to reach out to Amazon for them to contact finding king to find out what was going on. The woman stated to the Amazon agent that they had talked to us to verify the address (on the phone) which they did not do. I have emails stating that they would issue a refund by Friday when they are supposed to of received the item back. The email I received from them today says that they haven't received the item and won't issue the refund until they receive it. Amazon was kind enough to provide me with the return shipping tracking number which states it's been in Arizona since 8/14. Today is 8/21. This company has been nothing but an incredible headache. After reading the reviews on this site I'm surprised they are still in business. "
