"Ordered 3 rolls of tape. Just to let you know how this works the tape is transferred from a master roll to a smaller roll if you order less than 36 yards. Findtap.com farms this out to what they call a converter then it is shipped from the converter to you. All the rolls of tape, when converted, were offset from the new cardboard core. This caused some of the tape to be unusable and on one roll in particular about 2 yds of a 5 yd roll was unusable. Findtape.com referred me to their converter instead of taking the responsibility for the issue themselves. Things happen I understand but make it right. They get the one star for the lack of customer service taking care of the issue. Also you'll notice all the reviews on their site are 4 star and above. Then you come to this site and find out the truth. Always a gamble ordering online. "
"Went to their site to order 2" x 12" anti-slip tape, 2 packages. When I clicked on the add to cart button it made my order much larger then it was. I had to change it back to the two packages I wanted, then when I proceeded to the checkout, I put my zip code in to calculate the shipping it said I was from Mississippi when in fact was from 'Arkansas. Then we come to the shipping cost.
$14.00 for 2 light packages is outrageous. I will never get my tape from this scrupulous site. I don't understand how the get away with these practices. Carpe Diem..... Let the buyer beware!!!

"I'd just received in the mail a roll of Gaffers Tape from FindTape.com. They call it Premium/Professional Grade. What a joke! It actually looks like Gaffers Tape but it is just a thin vinyl tape with only few threads in it - a far cry from a real cloth Gaffers Tape I'm used to. I think I got ripped off.
Sending the tape back is not an option, because FindTape charges 15% re-stocking fee and would not provide me with pre-paid shipping label. Stay away from this online retailer."
