"I have had the same experience as others. Ordered filters 7/11/2015.
After six weeks I called to ask the status of the filters. I did speek with a lady who notified me the shipment was defective and didn't know when the filters would arrive. I asked to cancel my order and credit the charge back to my credit card. No credit received after two months. I have called multiple times and left messages on answering machine. I've also emailed with no response. On 9/11/2015 I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they are reversing the charges.
This company must be out of business and I agree are a scam.
Just go to Home Depot and pay a little more and get your products!"

"Purchased from National Trade Supply through Ebay . On Jan 12, 2014 They claim all their products were mis-priced by "3rd party " and would not honor contractual sales on that date. Please go to " indy.bbb.org" and file a better business bureau complaint"

"Ordered 3 refrigerator filters on September 24th. My credit card was charged that day. To date, no filters.
Have called their voice mail three times, including today, which goes to voicemail each time (no wonder with the lack of service they provide). Have left two messages and gotten no response. Today left message I am having charges on my credit card reversed, and am also contacting Amazon, where I got their name, to remove them as an outside vendor. Will NEVER use this company again. Am wondering if they have closed their doors or if they are use a lousy company ."

"I ordered a filter almost a month ago and was told it shipped on the next day. Two weeks later I still had no filter, so they said they would ship another. Never received that one either. It's .ow 4/16/12 and I still have no filter, only a return receipt number. But I was charged 1 day after I ordered it. Poor company to do business with. I'm told a third one was shipped on 4/14/12."

Instead they say they are going to ship me the part again. I asked if they could rush the order as my humidifier has not been operating this entire time. I was told no and that my package was going UPS ground. I can't believe a company like this can stay in business with such poor customer service.
