"I had been a long standing customer of Filter Direct until I placed a mistaken order. I sent the package back to them with prior approval, and they only refunded $62 from a $99 order, keeping $37. They didn't disclose this prior to my return, or I never would have sent the package back to them. I will never shop there again."
