"I ordered a petti coat back on 8/22/2014 and paid for express shipping so I would receive the item before 8/30/2014 and I still have not received it (today is 11/7/2014). I received an email from them two days after I placed to order saying the item I ordered was not available in that color and I should choose a different item. I emailed them back with the other item I would like and I still got nothing. I have emailed them several times and all of a sudden they emailed me back saying that my email was found in their spam folder. I responded back to them saying I wanted a 100% refund (product and shipping) still no response. I even wrote them a message on facebook. This company is ridiculous NEVER NEVER NEVER order anything from them again. I have now gone through my bank disputing their charges as fraud."

"The dress was very affordable and the pictures did not do it justice at all. Everything on their site seems reasonably priced, and if the dress I just got is typical of their quality, very well-made. Their shipping is also quick and I will shop with them again."
