Spoiled Meat

"I ordered 4 lbs of Beef sticks and they arrived spoiled. I contacted them and they said all sales are final on that product. They offered me half of what I paid as an in store credit. Buyer beware!"

Terrible Return Policy

"Ordered some hunting pants that arrived well undersized. I sent a message that I would like to return them. For 6 days I received a message saying that they would send a return shipping label. Label never shows up after a week and then they say they have a "glitch in the system" and still no return label. Don't order from this company unless you don't ever have to do a return."

Non Disclosure

"1. Inform new customers you need to contact them post payment before items released for shipping. Its called disclosure I have to jump thru a hoop before you ship me merchandise I paid for. Lets remember those great consirvative values you preach.

2. Attempt to call new customer via phone # provides a much better customer experience than seeing an email marked spam a day later informing new customer they need to call them after money has left the checking account.

3. At least have said package, now a day past advertused 24hr shipping after order, ready to go when new customer calls in A.M 3rd day for that demanded conversation before hostage package is released.

4. Dont tell new customer the package will now be released for shipment today or next Business day. Today now Friday and we have the weekend then Monday so now at 4pm informed package wont be sent out until Tuesday.

Hard to believe you have been in Business 20 years as I canceled my order of $1022.11

No second chance to make a first impression so if it were my company I'd send a driver to ship the product 6 hours between my call and canceling due to non shipment..

Now after the Holliday Memorial day weekend, I edited the rating from 1 star to 3 "somewhat satisfied". No they didn't respond or anything but did live up to their word and issue a prompt refund.

I must also add they were polite.

Dishonest company.

"They just sent me an ad for 10 lbs of jerky for $115..."regular $200"

Quick google search tells you it's normally $70-100 pretty much everywhere. I thought I had ordered something from them before, but it seems I haven't...which means they are paying for your email to send its spam list to.

I Like Field Supply

"I have ordered over a dozen times from Field Supply and every time it has been a great experience with fast delivery. Just received my most recent purchase : an Under Armour Blue Field Jacket which is perfect and of very high quality. Free shipping at $25 is a plus also. Field Supply has done me right on every order of which I am very thankful."

Just don’t do it. I know the prices look good. Just don’t do it.

"Strung me along. “My package was lost.” “We don’t have a tracking number for your other package.” Asked for a refund. Was told it would take 1 to 2 business days. So far no refund or reply from emails and calls. I feel I was lied to and strung along. Dude just be honest. I know **** happens. But if I don’t get a full refund this is just the beginning."

Terrible customer service

"Ordered Black Friday specials from 3 online cigar retailers on Friday 11-23. Received order acknowledgement from other 2 very early Monday morning and received my order from both last Thursday. Now it’s December 3 and still have not received my order. Chatting with reps was useless all they could do is reiterate dates that I already knew and the stated that this is “ normal “. Granted it was free shipping but so were the other 2 retailers. I will order elsewhere from now on as my cigars will probably be like sawdust when (if) they arrive. Poor customer experience."

Shipped Chinese Fake

"Ordered a Browning Reflex Site from FieldSupply via Amazon. Received a Chinese knock off site that doesn't even have the Browning logo on it. Product did not even resemble what was in the picture. Lousy customer experience!!!!!!!

FieldSupply should have at least contacted me via. phone or email to let me know beforehand that they wanted to ship something else. Risk over-communicating with your customers rather than not communicating at all. Bad!!!!

Same old story

"As others have had the problem, ordered a vest waited for the shipping email 2 weeks nothing. Called to check on my order and was informed the item was out of stock and they were sorry, than asked if I wanted a refund! Are you kidding me do I want a refund. I will never order from FieldSupply again! If I had not called I would not received my item or my refund. Very poor business. "

Field Supply must change business practices to prosper!

"Saw an advertisement from Field Supply on some base layers at a sale price that was inviting on the Wide Open Spaces email advertisement. Found size I needed for tops and bottoms and were labeled "in stock". Ordered, said would notify me when shipped. After two weeks still no notification so I contacted (payment was done at time of order) and then got a shipment notice next day. An hour or two later got a notice that the bottoms were not in stock. They had already shipped tops but they were n't any good to me without the bottoms so through email I requested a refund and a shipping label to send them back, notified them when partial order arrived. Didn't get email back after two days so I called and talked to Alison in customer service and she sent me the shipping label and after they received the return order I was refunded purchase price but not the shipping charge on the original order. So contacted again by email, been a week and still haven't heard anything on shipping charges. So basically I have paid Field Supply shipping charges with nothing to show for it. Alison was polite on the phone, slow to respond on emails."
