"I bought an item from FidoPaw for "overnight shipping" which is defined by FidoPaw as three days even though "overnight" means next day for the rest of the world. I needed the item for an event and since I didn't have it, had to rush to another store to get another item. FidoPaw blamed me the customer and claimed I didn't know what "overnight" meant. ATROCIOUS customer service. Choose anyone else. Literally anyone."
"I had been looking for a 20" serpentine collar for my Aussie . I looked all over in 2 different towns and couldn't find one . FidoPaw was the first place I looked on line . The price was a nice surprise .It came today and its a very fine serpentine , not heavy or bulky . Love it because it wont break the hair around his neck like any other kind of collar . Thank you"
"This company does not have a telephone number for contact. As a result, it is impossible to straighten out an order. They do not respond to emails which is the only contact method. I returned two incorrect items with their own pre=paid postage label and cannot get a response as to the status of my exchange/refund. There are other pet discounters to do business with that are reputable."

"I stumbled upon Fidopaw by accident. I was doing a lot of browsing for dog sweaters and when I found their site, I first thought it was too good to be true. Since there was recently a Hurricane in NY, I waited a few days to place my order since Fidopaw is in NY and so am I. If you live in NY, you will be charged sales tax but with the very fair pricing, 10 percent off promotion and free shipping on orders 25 dollars or over, I was able to get two doggie shirts, two doggie hoodies and two doggie sweaters for around 55 dollars. The order was shipped on a Monday and I received it on a Friday. Strangely the package went from NY to NJ and back to NY again but hey, what do you expect for free? The items all came with plastic sleeves, hangers and tags on them and were of the highest quality from major manufacturers. I would definitely order from this company again and I have told my friends about them. I used to order from Baxterboo.com but their prices are outrageous even with their regular promotional discounts. I don't know how Fidopaw does what they do but I love it."
