"This product could maybe have the sound just a little bit louder!! But it's ok for the price plus I'm like 17 wks the volume may pick up when I get to become in my 20s. "I always had overwhelming anxiety when it comes to my baby and I bought this to soothe me every night. Easy to set up and works like a charm! Highly recommend. The only thing is that the heartbeat monitor is kinda off but for me it doesn't matter, I just want to hear her heartbeat. So Def recommend. "I just purchased a sonoline b fetal Doppler from their website. I made a minor mistake on my address, but the post office said it would definitely send to me on time. However, someone who created my package's label put a completely different address and it ended up 2 weeks delay. They should give me a credit for the error. Instead, they charged me extra money for the error which they made. I haven't received my package yet, so I don't know the quality, but for the customer service, that's terrible. Won't suggest for any people who interest in buying any products from them. Bad experience."
"I ordered the JPD-100S AngelSounds Fetal Doppler with gel. I received it about a week later as described. The doppler worked however it was too early to hear the heartbeat at 12 weeks. I finally was able to hear it at 16 weeks which the box says that the heartbeat can be heard between 16-18 weeks. I am very satisfied with my purchase and with fetaldoppler.net!"

"I just purchased a sonoline b fetal doppler a pink one and I purchased it from fetaldoppler.net and I can not complain about anything I ordered it late Friday night and was so worried I wouldn't get it till late next week I was wrong I received it 4 days later from usps and I was so shocked because it was the day after memorial I am so happy as soon as I got it I used it in my school parking lot (crazy I know) but I was nervous I didn't hear anything and my boyfriend told me to stay calm till we got home and used it the right way and he was right the FIRST try I found the heart beat and to all the PREGNANT LADIES please purchase one it takes so much stress away hearing the baby heartbeat when doctor appointments are so far apart.. The sonoline b pink doppler was around 53.00 dollars I got a free gel and batteries (which I was super excited about so I didn't have to search in every drawer to find two double a) and I received it in 4 days with one day being a holiday!! "
"I purchased the Sonoline C fetal doppler device. I paid extra $19 for 2 day shipping as I have a complicated pregnancy and Doctor suggested I get a doppler to put my mind at ease and to monitor the baby.
I received the item on time, however the package was missing the gel necessary to eliminate static and amplify sound when using the device. You really can't use the device without the gel. Upon emailing Fetaldoppler.net I received a response within a 24 hours saying to look in the envelope I received again. My husband and I turned the packaging inside out, there was no gel. After many back and forth emails, I was consistently told to look harder at the packaging and even told I could use the device without the gel. NOT ONCE was I given a solution for the missing item NEEDED TO USE the item I purhcased. Finally, I was asked to send a picture of what I received. Why would I LIE about missing the gel!?
Beyond disgusted with fetaldoppler.net customer service and after threatening to go to BBB, I have received an email that the gel will be shipped to me (via snail mail, no less) but no credit back for the shipping I paid.
