"Worst Service Ever, Not recommended at all for anyone who is hoping to rely on them to make your occasion perfect.
I ordered a cake, flowers and balloons for my wife to give her a surprise and the selected time was from 9am to 5pm on 21st March 2023, knowing my wife will be home from work by 6pm. I decided to work from home to ensure I am available to collect the delivery and my 2 kids (5yrs & 8yrs) were super excited to give a surprise to their mum when she arrives home from work. Also, invited my wife's friend for the occasion.
I am writing this at 6:30pm, my wife is already home and my kids are very upset of us not being able to give her surprise and I look like an idiot in front of my kids and my wife and her friends.
In between, just for your I have called them atleast 5 times on the follow up and also on whats app chat where they dont reply at all. In my last call at 5:10pm, I spoke to Awap from their office and I requested please show me some courtesy that if you are not able to deliver please let me know in next 15 minutes so I can buy a cake from the grocery store. Guess what I never heard anything back.
Ordering with them was absolute disaster and I dont usually put reviews but thought this time I should to helps other not to go through same embracement if you are planning any occasion."

If you expect to surprise someone please be aware that it may fireback so badly like did with me.They just don't care if it's delivered or not.I chose the most expensive charges for the delivery option and told them I can pay more, no issue. Most important is to surprise and make the person happy. But they never care.
.Also can't place a complain..wow.
2 attempts and thats it.2nd attempt wasn't even a surprise.Person was already waiting for over an hour but driver didn't come.
Lost surprise & money.they didn't care to ask or follow. Tough luck!! No where to complain. No one to listen.
I'm stunned to see people rating over 1 star. Guess they didn't face yet to speak to their customer service !!!"
