"The paint began coming off the keys of my keyboard within months of getting it. Customer service was poor. Responders didn't answer my specific questions (sent stock replies) and it took numerous emails to get them to understand the problem. They do not allow you to call "customer service," you can only email. The problem continues (unresolved) and I would never order from them again."

At the moment I would not recommend this company. Twice I have paid for shipping charges of a keyboard which proved to be defective. I requested they pay the return cost for the third time. They informed me that they didn't pay return charges because some customers might try to cheat them by requesting a return (RMA) number and pickup when there was nothing wrong with the unit and the customer just wanted to cancel the order. This is not the case in this situation. Their product has been defective twice and it seems unrasonable for me to continue to pay shipping charges trying to get a working keyboard. I would not recommend anyone purchase from this company. If they change their policy I will send a replacement rating."
"I don't want to offend anyone. I will just say that this vendors website needs a face lift.
Aesthetics aside, this place has some hard to find keyboards and other rare parts. The price for their products were average.
They provided me with a shipping confirmation shortly after my purchase and I am secure I will recieve them on time undamaged. If they do I will update my post.
I diden't have any issues with my order so I had no need to contact their customer service so I cannot comment.
Overall, they processed my order fast and it's on it's way. I would shop here agian. "
"I was initially a little hesitant to order. But then keyboard lables are not easy to find. I ordered on Monday. But didnt receive any sales order number, confirmation nothing. When I contacted them a day later, they said the item had shipped out but no tracking number could be provided since it was sent by US mail. The item reached on Friday. Great shipping.
They really need to improve their onsite order system and provide a tracking number.
Customer support too was pretty good. All my mails received a reply within a few hours, sometimes within minutes. All in all, a great place to buy keyboard labels."
