"I bought from these folks. Time went by and my items weren't even shipped. Not even picked up for shipping.

When I wrote and asked what was going on, I got a snotty blow off of a response.

I asked if the items were even in stock, I didn't even get an answer.

I asked if they would just cancel my purchase and let me find my items elsewhere, I was told that I entered into a contract and that they wouldn't break it (even though they had not upheld their end of the contract which promised same day shipping).

Finally, I filed a claim with my credit card company and got the unfulfilled purchase cancelled.

I bought the items elsewhere from some polite and responsive people.

Fenixtactical has a number of ZERO REVIEWS ON THIS SITE. I wish I had looked at them before I did business with them.

"If these guys put a quarter of the effort they spent on excuses and accusations into listening and clear communication, They'd get an easy 4 stars. Their weak website, opaque fulfilment process and accusatory tone pounded my experience into the mud.
They had issues with my shipping address than no other vendor has ever had. They told me for days that my address was invalid, then they suddenly fixed it and blamed it on PayPal.
I asked to upgrade to expedited shipping, but they tried to send it standard when I didn't add it fast enough.
They did deliver the product, but with terrible ordering process, terrible shipping options (had to buy a separate postal package to expedite), disrespectful and accusatory communications, no escalation to a superior, and an arrogant and dismissive tone from end to end.
This is a Chinese vendor masquerading as North American so you are NOT shopping local.
There is no option to create an account to view and manage your purchases.
Completing the transaction provided no order number, no confirmation number, and no emailed acknowledgement of the purchase.
I love the Fenix product and have purchased hundreds of units for my crew from other vendors, but thought I'd give these guys a try.
Fenix Tactical does NOT deserve to carry the name. They failed repeatedly to listen to my questions in their hurry to rush units out the door, and have apparently no interest in helpful customer communications or satisfaction."

"I've purchased at the beginning of August 2021, bicycle light Fenix BC30v2.0, it took over 3 weeks to get from Ontario to B.C. When arrived the control switch was defective, and couldn't get it working after endless tries.

"Written on April 09, 2013: I ordered a Fenix BT10 from Fenix Tactical on Nov 09, 2012. They said on their Web site that they would ship in early December... The light didn't show up until January 21, when I contacted them again (was supposed to be a Christmas gift). I asked for a refund and they told me that they couldn't do that, instead I should go through PayPal. They never responded to my PayPal claim, which after all they asked me to open, so I lost my money. They still have my money, but refuse to ship the light. Buyer beware, this outfit is a scam operation!

Addition on May 22nd, 2013: Today an unexpected parcel with the flashlight and a gift flashlight showed up on my doorstep. So after 6 months of ordering the light (remember, was supposed to be a Christmas gift), the seller finally must have read my post here, I guess. No letter was included with the package explaining what made fenix tactical change their minds, but now at least I have my money back, so to speak... I still won't order from this seller ever again, the communication with this outfit was just terrible!"

After I read your price match guarantee I noticed that BatteryJunction.com sells the Ultrafire WF-139 18650 Fast Charger for $16.95 and the Ultrafire 18650 Li-ion Rechargeable 3.7v 3000 mAh battery for $10.95 which, if sold together as a combo, would be ($16.95 + $10.95 + $10.95 = $38.85).

I didn’t see that you sell the charger independent of batteries so I thought I’d check, can you match BatteryJunction’s price for the Ultrafire charger? Otherwise I presume you’d sell the Ultrafire WF-139 18650 Fast Charger with two AW 18650 3100 mAh batteries for $38.85 per your price match guarantee, correct?

We do not sell chargers separately and we only match apples to apples - since we do not sell Ultrafire batteries of 3000 mah, we sell AW 3100 mah which is totally different thing.

I think a pretty good argument could be made that an 18650 3.7 volt 3100 mAh rechargeable battery and an 18650 3.7 volt 3000 mAh rechargeable battery are both “apples” (maybe comparing Red Delicious to Macintosh) but since you have courteously extended the offer for me to take my business elsewhere I think I will do just that!
