"I sent them an email THREE WEEKS after placing an order asking WHEN I should expect to receive it and they never replied. Then I checked the link to see the status of my order that said it was canceled. I sent them another email and again, no reply. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. "

"We have e-mailed requesting an invoice from this company, but had no luck receiving it. I called requesting an invoice but the gentleman on the phone was so rude and made me so uncomfortable I kindly said "good-bye" and hung up. We'll never do business with this company again. There are too many friendly people in the world to deal with than to have to put up with this type of customer service.
