"I purchased 180 personalized glass coasters. I 116 beautiful coasters and the other 64 coasters came with chips and cracks, and after double checking I found out that the chipped coasters were shipped in that condition (I could not find any glass shards in the packages). According to the lady that I have been in contact with, the "Quality is reflective of the 62 cent price." In my opinion, if they can ship 116 coasters in good condition, they can ship the other 64 in good condition as well. Therefore, I do not recommend this product as these people believe that cheap means sending broken and flawed products. In fact, with their poor customer service, I do not recommend this company. I also noticed that they changed their product description after the communications that I have sent them, which to me, demonstrates a lack of moral and professional behavior. I will change this review if they send me what I paid for instead of excuses for being cheap."
"Horrible customer service. Sent the wrong colors and admits to subbing out your orders to companies Favorfavor.com or favorfavorbaby.com does not even know. It is all based on the lowest priced subbed vendor. Promised refund and then no response from customer service. Promised resolution and then no response from customer service. STAY AWAY from favorfavor.com and favorfavorbaby.com, they are dishonest and they will not deliver what you specifically order. You will receive cheap items that are not even close to the items ordered. NOT Worth the dissapointment or additional aggravation for any special event.My friends 8 year olds could have done a better job."
"Awesome customer service. I ordered bookmarks for my staff in appreciation of their hard work and to celebrate Christmas. I needed a quick turnaround time and wrote the request in the comments when I placed my order. The very next morning a customer service representative call to say that one of the choices I made was discontinued and felt she should call as oppose to just sending an email. She asked if I wanted a credit or to substitute another item. I opted to get another item and told her about one that I saw when online that I thought was comparable in price. She search through their inventory and found another bookmark in the same price range. She also reiterated my original request of the need to receive the items by Dec 17th for a business meeting. She indicated that she would ensure the items were shipped on the day of our call. Needless to say she was able to put those inner thoughts of wondering if I would have them in time to the back of my mind after receiving the call. I received them on the day requested and the staff thought the murano bookmarks were very nice, especially since they came (as part of the order), stored in a satin lined yellow box that had a small yellow ribbon bow on top of the outside and the book suppliers name eloquently written on the top of the lid. Within the satin lined box the bookmark was secured within an indentation shaped to hold the bookmark. An inexpensive favor looked like it cost so much more just because of the packaging. I will order from them again; very pleased and OUTSTANDING customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
