"I ordered four faucet sets from them originally and got an email saying one was backordered. I had to have these by a certain date for our builder. I called their number and a human picked up the phone right away. That was such a surprise since I was anticipating long winded prompts from an automated system before I can speak to a human being. I told him to ship out the ones he had and cancel the other one so that I could order it else. Another set was going to arrive at the warehouse the next day so it would delay my complete shipping by a day. To my surprise, it came a day early like I needed it. The price, quality, customer service was so effortless in dealing with this company. I would highly recommend them. I make my living giving instructions on financial transaction, and I watch where I spend my money. I’m also old enough, experienced enough, and arrogant enough to demand quality products and superior customer service.
I plumbed a new bath with tub, shower, and sink fixtures I bought from Faucet Warehouse. The only problem was an item boxed wrong at the Delta factory, and Kevin at Faucet Warehouse took care of that in just a few days and at no cost to me.
In the future, if I need plumbing fixtures, I’m buying them from Faucet Warehouse.

Shipping is prompt, and they communicate shipping status frequently. They have a large range of bathroom fixtures from many vendors. Not always the cheapest, but very reliable."
