"I had ordered medication from this seller and never received my product. I reached out to them via email for a refund or new item and they refused both stating that I was the one that entered the address wrong. They had sent me a screenshot with an "edit" button above the address. My post master says that there is no package there with my name for the address that FatmansDog provided. I am now down money for my fostering business and without medication that was sorely needed. I would never recommend this seller. Customer service is inadequate."
"Do NOT purchase from this company. I ordered heart worm preventative 3 weeks ago. After not receiving shipping information, I contacted the company through their provided email. After no response, I called their phone number and left a message. I have even attempted contact via the address and phone number provided through PayPal. I have yet to be contacted, and still do not have my product. I have filed a dispute with PayPal, and they still have not contacted me. I have ordered multiple times from this company. In the past they were out of stock on an item and would not ship for awhile. However, I would contact them and they would keep me updated and overnight ship as soon as the items were in stock. Their current customer service is appalling and I will never order from them again. Avoid this company, the low prices are not worth waiting weeks for a much needed product nor dealing with the non existent customer service."
"The seller will not respond to communication. Repeated emails were sent with no response. A case had to be opened with PayPal before the company would respond to emails. Website and order email contains misleading delivery times. I ordered terramycin and the email said "Estimated delivery 1-3 days." Actual time it took was 30 days. During this time period the seller would not respond to emails for the first 19 days. Because the product was needed for an ill cat and I had to seek meds elsewhere, I canceled the order on day 19, the seller would not respond nor cancel the order and the item arrived an additional 11 days later. The postal shipment notice stated it was shipped well after my cancellation email so they purposely ignored my cancellation request. Additionally, the product photo is misleading. The actual product has a foreign language on it, not English as seen in the photo. Will never use this company again."
