"F**k... This is looking bad. Placed an order for Suzuki TL 1000R swing arm extension kit 02/15/12. It was supposed to be in stock. After making a support ticket and inquiring the delivery time Mr. Doug S came back to me roughly one week later 02/24/12 saying he had to get more in stock and that the goods were supposed to be put in delivery the same day. The Fatbikez invoice says they use US Postal Service Express, which should deliver within 3-5 business days internationally (says USPS website). Now it is 03/13/12 and no sign of the goods. No tracking code is given despite the fact that I have asked for it in my support ticket.

One more day and I will notify Fatbikez about order cancellation and my credit card company will chase the money back from them. Good thing that I will get mine after filling in a form only.

Should have come across these reviews before making the order.

Should I get the goods some day I'd say the company has a lot to learn about sharing information.

"This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Ordered mirrors for my motorcycle back in July and have received nothing. Multiple emails and "tickets" with either no response, or "Uh, sorry....just arrived today. Sent you a text message but it probably didn't go through." Waited two more weeks and received nothing again. This repeated again and again. Reported the company to BBB and complaint is now listed as unresolved. Also filed complaint with the FTC consumer complaints. I am going to continue to pursue legal action until I get my money back and I encourage anyone else who is a victim of this company's fraudulent business practices to do the same. Please read the below reviews before ordering from this company. I wish I had."

"Ordered techspec tank grip and k&n filter one month ago still have no received it, emailed them multiple times got 3 replies 1st one they said they need to order the techspec even though it says instock!!!! 2nd reply they said they shipped it out on thusday and they gonna send tracking info haven't received anything, 3rd reply they said they sent it on Tuesday and they gonna send tracking info shortly haven't received anything, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER!!! "March 28 Ordered pegs, halos, mirros and fush mounts for my YZF R6 all parts listed as being in stock.

7 April FatBikez advised half order sent, rest in 2 days no tracking numbers

6 May still not recieved any part and no tracking numbers, too late to initiate Paypal dispute so will have to request bank charge back.

"Horrible Horrible Service!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!! It has been almost a month now and I have STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. It was back ordered when it said on the website that it was in stock, then when it finally "shipped" they gave me the wrong tracking number. When I got in contact with them they gave me a different tracking number and when I went to check this tracking number I found out that USPS has no record of this number. Going to have to dispute the charges with Paypal if I don't receive my order this week. HUGE FRUSTRATION, save yourself the time and inconvenience and order somewhere else."

"by far the worst service ever no tracking number even though he said i would have it saturday my order should have arrived monday its now wednesday... i call email send in a ticket no answer!! i had to open a dispute with pay pal for them to get what i needed so now im waiting for a refund... he said my order shipped out last week still nothing said he would have a tracking number for me but never sent it ive called emailed sent a ticket no response... its bike week here and now i don't have what i flippin needed!! i will never use this company again ALL BUYERS BEWARE!!!! "This company may be having problems. I have ordered in the past (last summer) with OK service, but not stellar, and tracking numbers were provided within a few weeks. I ordered a FZ6R tailight March 4th '11. altho billing went thru there has been no further correspondance, no tracking number, no sorry its still coming, they did NOT respond to their ticket request for help, Phone is always busy regardless of the time. I will try one more time for a response and then reverse the charges of my credit card for non delivery. BUYER Beware."

"Horrible company!!! Do not buy from them. Been waiting for a fender elim for over two months now. They never contacted me I had to contact them several times. A month after i ordered the product i contacted them and they Said it got sent back from customs and if i wanted they would send it again....giving them the benefit i said Okay. Another month went by didn't hear from them so I contacted them once again. Doug told me it probably got lost in the mail...haha you kiddin me. Still haven't been refunded after being told I would. Never even gave me a tracking number or anything which means he most likely never sent it. Don't buy from this dirt bag of a company it'll just give you a headach dealing with these people. Very sketchy company."

"I ordered fender eliminator kit for ninja 250r on march 27th, they charged my card on the 29th of march. Replied via support said i'd recieve package on april 14th, they sent me a tracking number that didnt belong to my package. I disputed with paypal on the 18th, finally recieved my package on the 21st of april, I would NOT recommend buying from this website, I wish i had only seen how many other ppl that have had problems w/ orders before i placed mine.. best wishes if you order from them.. "

"Anyone know if this company is still in business.Won't answer emails,phone is always busy(not answering).Usps received electronic shipping info on April 4th but informed me they did not receive the package yet too ship.GREAT SERVICE.Thanks.Just ordered again from a company who will provide my parts.Credit card cancellation will be next.First time in 30+ years of buying motorcycle parts.First and last.Parts shipped from other company already.
