"The battery I ordered arrived quickly, but it was defective. I informed customer service, and a replacement battery was promptly shipped out. The replacement battery was also defective, however.
When I informed Fatgadgets of this, their customer service went down the tubes. I was told that the batteries probably came from a defective batch. I have not heard anything since then, nor have they refunded my money. They do not answer their telephone, and they are slow to respond to emails (if they even respond).
Do not buy from Fatgadgets. You will regret it, like I have."
"After researching the web for the best price and free shipping I came across Fat Gadgets.
I ordered two replacement batteries for my Olympus z50 camera. I received the batteries shortly, but found both batteries were defective, they were completely dead. E-mailed customer service and received a prompt reply that they would send out two more batteries along with a prepaid envelope to return the defective batteries. I received the replacement batteries in which they worked just fine in my camera.
