"I would not deal with this company. I bought an item online from the website. Instead of a receiving shipping information I got an email stating that they could not sell me the item I purchased at the advertised price. I replied that the item had already been paid for and I expected them to honor the sale. I did not receive any response and the money was returned to my account with no further communications with the company."

"This item is what I was looking for to handle my extras when I travel or Tailgate. The heavy weight of the unit is a negative for my wife. The device and order process went smooth and flawless.
The negative I have with the unit is in the quality or craftsmanship . The product does not close or seal with ease. Once weight is placed in the unit the Tailgater does not close ordeal well.
The concept of the swing out unit is tremendous but this issue needs to be improved."

"Well, seeing that it's been a week that I have ordered and still have not gotten either the product nor a tracking number to see what the status is, I am not the happiest customer. I contacted them via online chat and the representative "said" that it was being shipped but he couldn't provide a tracking number either. I would like to receive my fairing or some type of communication from them. The representative was quick answering the chat, however, I am still here with no product and my credit card has been charged. I probably should have ordered from Amazon because they had the same product, though higher after shipping cost, but at least it is an online company that I know and trust. I guess this is what I get for trying to save money :("
