"I ordered an item on 4 May 2015. I received an invoice to my e-mail and the funds were deducted from my account, but after that I had no contact from FastMac. I tried contacting the seller twice via e-mail, before launching a PayPal dispute on 21 May. The seller did not respond, so I escalated the matter via Paypal. On 29 May the seller finally responded to PayPal by passing on tracking information that had only been created only on 29 May 2015. The seller has still never contacted me, to apologise or explain. It is 4 June 2015 and I still do not have the item.

FastMac clearly had no intention of sending the item I had paid for, since they never responded to my e-mails, and did not send the item until PayPal became involved. Fraudulent and very suspicious behaviour. Avoid FastMac.

"Ordered 2 U Sockets from this company and have received nothing. They were quick to charge my credit card however. Called the company and all you get is voicemail without any call backs..emailed Josphine Leturio the principal of this company and still nothing. After multiple calls and emails without resolution I left a message that my attorney would be calling them to bring charges against them for theft and Federal charges for interstate theft.....that finally got a reply and I cancelled the order and they immediately refunded the credit card....this company is a sham....please check BBB rating...its an F....multiple complaints about this company....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY...I have emailed the complaint to all of the supposed endorsements on their site...HGTV was not happy at all after they featured it on an episode......"

"HORRIBLE. No exaggeration. Really wished I had googled "FastMac Reviews" prior to placing an order directly with the company, but unfortunately didn't. Bought several USocket usb wallplates, thinking what a great idea it would be to install chargers directly into the wall. Placed my order well over one month ago, and was charged to my credit card immediately. Hmmm, guess that means they'll ship right away...keep dreaming. As of last week, I still had not received my merchandise. FastMac's site just says "processing", nothing about a backorder. I've tried emailing customer service - no response. I've tried calling - no answer, so I left a detailed message asking for a callback - nothing. I've finally had to get my credit card company in the mix to cancel my purchase. I have absolutely zero faith that this order will ever be fulfilled, and worse, that FastMac even cares. Do NOT buy directly from this merchant."

"1-4-11: I ordered their USB duplex outlet Oct 12th. They said it would ship in Nov - then "early" Dec - then "mid" Dec . They billed my credit card and marked the item as "processed" on Dec 5. Still no outlet and nothing but "oh we are sooooo busy...a tsunami of orders etc etc..". NEVER again with this company!"

"Purchased a SuperDrive for my Macbook Pro from Fastmac.com. I received the drive fine, but it stopped working after 2 weeks and so I requested an RMA for a replacement drive. I opted to have them charge my credit card and send the replacement drive while I sent them the broken drive. I made sure to track the drive when I sent it back and they received it on 9/21/09. It is now January and I have yet to see the price of the returned drive credited to my card. Every time I call them they make an excuse about their accountant being on vacation. They still owe me $180. Don't make the same mistake. FastMac.com is a scam."

"This was the second time that I had tried to order a Macbook Pro battery from this company, and did not recieve a response for over a week. I contacted customer service twice via weblink, three times via email, and called twice, only to reach an answering maching. The terrible customer service is not worth the hassle, I don't care how good their batteries are."
