"Complaint and refund required
No stars! wedding Lengha and reception outfit for a destination wedding in Spain that did not arrive despite chasing daily and being fobbed off. We were reassured will arrive on time and did not until after 5 days. The distress and heartache it caused my daughter and the whole family. The day was ruined for her entirely where it cannot be returned. We are still waiting for the refund. I have made written complaint and no response. I wish I had checked the reviews before we ordered. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY."

"Hi this is dish here. I have bought lahenga choli from this website. It got delivered on time with stitching but i have got problem and i needed to change it. I drop the message and returned it. This process went very smoothly. I got replacement with the exact product i wnt. Great experience. Looking forward for more shopping"

"I ordered a lehenga and was quite excited about my first order with this website. I am sorry to say but the experience has been less than pleasant. The item pictured has an umbrella cut lehenga and what I have received is cut panels with uneven stitches. The length and waist of the lehenga are much bigger than the measurements I gave(by 6 inches), the stitching is very poor( frayed edges, uneven stitching.) one part of the border has a single line of stitching and the other part has double. The loose threads have not been cut, the inside has not been sealed and the threads are pulling out. The black zari border is unraveling at one place. The cups in the blouse are placed too high.
I don’t know what to say to redeem this purchase. I loved the designs on the website but don’t know what to do with the delivered product. Also cutomer service and follow up was frustrating as there is no way to actually contact the vendor. You call and get voicemail, you email and get no response till you email at least a few more times. Needless to say I won’t be wearing this outfit on the planned occasion. Really a disappointing experience. I should have paid attention to the earlier reviews. They need to learn customer service from CBazaar.
Lastly, tried to post this review on their website and they did not allow it. I guess they only permit good review and bar the negative ones."
"Really brilliant Clothing that I got along with their Great services. I ordered items for my wedding events including one custom outfit, and they turned out to be most amazing outfits that I had until now. Everyone loved them. Initially, I couldn't believe that I can get these designer outfits like bollywood actresses for affordable prices. Well I understand that everything comes according to prices, but I didn't know that for couple of hundred dollars, I can have a great outfits. Thank you so much again. Also, I would recommend some faster responses in between as we have lot of questions regarding outfits and orders and specially when people like me who are very picky. Anyways, thanks !"
