Takes forever for items to ship, quality is so cheap, items are nothing like they are pictured, the measurements stated for each item are wrong and items arrive tiny, customer service is non-existent. "I was told from a friend to check out Fashionsure.com. I was excited because the clothes looked cute and they had plus sizes. I ordered several items. After 3 weeks of waiting for my clothes, I receive them and they were not what I expected. I knew it was gamble, so I lost big time. I bought 8 dresses, only 1 worked. If you are over a size 12 or bigger, do not order from them, because there clothes run VERY small. The dresses material were cheap and I did not receive one of my dresses. So I sent them an email requesting to return some of the dresses, they totally ignored me. But then when I told them about not receiving one of my dresses, they finally contacted me. They wanted me to pick another item. Not once did they mention my inquiry about returning. They never said a word about it. So finally I asked for a refund and they didn't want to give me that. So finally they agreed to give me the a refund for the item I didn't receive after them begging me to buy more of their cheap clothes. Their customer service was not good and I would never shop online at fashionsure.com again. I repeat if you are a size 12 or bigger, do not shop here. 2 thumbs down to FASHIONSURE.COM."

"My mom and I placed a rather huge order with a lot of trepidation and worry, but since we paid through paypal, we went ahead with it. We ordered seven tops and three dresses. The topswere amazing! We loved each one and the fit were exactly as measured. (STRONGLY ADVISE TO MEASURE YOURSELF) They were good quality and very cute. The dresses were hit and miss. My om ordered two, loved one which was just as beautiful as the picture and the other was not good quality, though admittedly was the least expensive. Mine was good as well. So I highly recommend for tops, but use caution with dresses. And shipping cost was a bit high, but it did get to Idaho in the US in 10 days which is sometimes better shipping than things ordered within the US. One shirt we ordered was out of stock and they got back to us very quickly to have us select a different product."
