"ordered a couple of R4 cards on the monday and even though i didnt get a auto confirmation for goods dispatched my order was with me next day then realised that I'd ordered the wrong type of card! Emailed Farango who helped me change my order. Would deal with again as they proved that they can sort out returns/ problems
