"These guys shipped out my order via FedEx the same day, which was great considering it was coming from Fairbanks, Alaska. There was a problem with my order, but customer service was very responsive, and took care of me right away. They sent a new package that came even faster, and even let me keep the other item that they sent which was wrong (I had ordered a tent, and the first time they sent the wrong one). Overall, the product quality was excellent and the service as well. I would recommend these guys to all!"
